Faux Barn Hay Door with Steel Frame

The goal was to achieve a traditional barn door. Every section of the frame had to be square, and all angles had to be exact to ensure the finished door looked clean and intentional once installed.

HOW IT CAME TOGETHER

BEFORE

• Fabricated a custom mild steel angle iron frame

• Ensured all corners were square and angles precise

• Drilled and prepped attachment points for secure mounting

The Result

The finished door delivers the look of a traditional barn hay door. The powder-coated steel frame adds structure, durability, and long-term protection while maintaining a clean, sharp appearance.
