This project started with a customer who had a lot of ideas and a clear goal: a heavy-duty security gate that still looked clean and intentional. After talking through several design directions, we landed on a custom geometric pattern that balanced strength with visual interest.

The customer sent over their concept, and from there our job was to turn it into a finished gate that fit the opening properly and functioned exactly as intended.

Designed for Strength and Detail

This gate was built using square and rectangular steel tubing, giving it the rigidity needed for security while allowing the geometric pattern to stay crisp and consistent throughout the panel.

The design features:

• A fully framed perimeter for structural integrity

• Intersecting diagonal members creating a bold, symmetrical pattern

• Tight, clean joints to keep everything aligned and solid

The pattern adds visual depth without sacrificing strength, making the gate feel substantial without being overbuilt.

Built from Concept to Completion

Once the design was finalized, we fabricated the gate to fit the opening precisely. Every measurement and weld was done with both durability and appearance in mind.

The finished gate delivers exactly what the customer was looking for: a custom, heavy-duty security gate that feels intentional, well-balanced, and made specifically for the space it protects.
