Built to Fit

This project was all about fit and finish. The fire pit insert needed a structure that was square, level, and built exactly to spec so everything would drop in cleanly and function the way it should.

What We Did

• Built a frame using 1” square tubing

• Skinned it with 16-gauge cold rolled steel

• Fabricated to exact customer dimensions for proper fit-up

• Installed mounting points for the ignition assembly

• Fully welded and prepped for finishing

  
  

Ready for Finish

The unit is now ready for powder coating and final installation. Once it’s in place, it’ll be a clean, durable centerpiece built to handle heat and outdoor use. We’ll share final install photos soon—stay tuned.
